Your invoices will stay pending for 48 hours until our internal system confirms the data integrity.

Processed invoices will have all the detailed properly corrected, down to the line item and units. They will automatically be mapped to one of your inventoried products.

Sometimes, we will reject invoices that are poor quality. Our team will alert you and you will see them highlighted in red on the dashboard, before deleting within 1 week.
