• View by “Products”

  • Your inventoried products, analyzed based on invoices

• View by “Prepped Items”

  • Your prep items, analyzed based on recipe + products

• View by “Menu Items”

  • Your menu items, analyzed based on recipe + products

Here’s what the table mean:

• Last Purchase - Most recent purchase cost

• Previous Purchase - Cost of item before the current one

  • 3m Avg = Last 3 purchase average

• % Change - % Change in between

• Dollar Impact - Dollar impacted (flat amount)

  • 3m Avg = Last 3 purchase average
