Setup
Before you sync, make sure that no one else is signed into the QuickBooks company account in a single-user mode.
Make sure that everybody is using multi-user mode! Likewise, you cannot have multiple companies open when you are syncing.
Syncing
When your delivery journal entries are all balanced, you can sync them to your accounting system by clicking Push to QuickBooks Desktop:
